The fall “Battle for Blood” competition between Destrehan High School and Hahnville High School is in full swing! This competition is sponsored on behalf of Ochsner Blood Bank and St. Charles Parish Hospital and School System. Please indicate on your donor record if you would like your donation to be credited towards one of the schools participating in the competition. The school that has the most blood donors will receive a “Battle for Blood” trophy and a $500 educational grant sponsored by Ochsner Blood Bank.
